Pharmacy
NaphCare Rx
Owned and operated by NaphCare, our in-house pharmacy, NaphCare Rx, is dedicated solely to correctional facilities across the country. Connected by our operations management software and EHR, TechCare, NaphCare Rx pharmacists become an integrated, essential part of the clinical team, from electronic medicine orders and secure delivery to pharmacy consultation and review. NaphCare Rx also extends purchasing discounts and cost savings directly to our partners.
Dialysis Units
Onsite dialysis is the best option and resource for both patients and custody, reducing the need for frequent transports to a clinic or hospital. We staff and equip complete hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis units specifically for correctional facilities. Our corporate nephrologist is available to provide clinical consults and patient interactions via telemedicine.
Telehealth
STATCare
STATCare was designed to provide onsite clinicians with access to a centralized team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to support the fast-paced intake process. Powered by TechCare, our centralized group of NPs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to take crucial steps within hours of booking to stabilize patients and initiate treatments.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Among the first in the industry to provide in-jail Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs, we believe in the promise of MAT to improve continuity of care for patients and reduce recidivism. MAT is the use of medications, counseling and behavioral therapies to treat substance use disorders. We work closely with our partners to implement customized MAT programs, including initiation and continuation, and have successfully partnered with several of our clients to secure grant funds to expand and operate MAT programs.

TechCare
Designed by correctional health experts, TechCare was the first corrections-specific EHR. Competency Evaluation
Our competency evaluation and treatment services and software solution address the growing demand for court-ordered competency restoration in outpatient, jail and prison environments. Drawing on our extensive experience in correctional health, we developed ForensicCARE, a software solution to efficiently manage the complex processes, resources and communication required for a successful competency treatment program – ultimately reducing wait times for competency evaluation and treatment.
Diversion Programs
Understanding the need to address the recidivism crisis and safely reduce jail and prison populations, we developed Coordify®, a software solution to manage diversion programs with real-time communication between law enforcement and judicial systems. Once successfully diverted, Coordify promotes information sharing among government agencies and community providers to ensure a continuum of patient care through resource matching, preventing recidivism before it occurs.

Third-party Administration
We serve as your liaison, streamlining all processes related to preferred hospital and specialty care networks, claims processing, medical scheduling, case management, invoicing, reporting and more. With our accessible management team and no need for prior authorizations, our providers can focus on patient care.
Claims Processing

Hospital and Provider Networks
We are the liaison between you and the provider – managing the entire process of network development and management. Our extensive network includes more than 900 hospitals and 42,000 physicians across the country. Our trained negotiators pursue aggressive Medicare-based rates and continuously monitor our networks to ensure competitive pricing.
Medical Scheduling
Using our extensive in-network providers, our medical scheduling team coordinates all clinic, hospital and specialty provider appointments via electronic scheduling software. Appointments are scheduled within a matter of days according to clinical urgency and location and coordinated in real time.
